An easy way to reduce belly fat

Here are some tips to reduce fat easily at home-

1. Every morning should start with lemon juice. This method is one of the most effective ways to reduce belly fat. Mix lemon juice with 1 glass of lukewarm water and a little salt. It will help reduce your belly fat by increasing your metabolism.

2. Stay away from sugary foods. Also stay away from sweet national foods like sweets, chocolate, ice cream, firni, semai etc.

4. Stay away from non-veg foods i.e. meat, fish, eggs, milk till belly fat is reduced.

6. High-fat foods and cold drinks store fat in different parts of the body. Such as our stomach or thighs. So understand that these foods should be removed from the list.
