What can I do to get my body stronger healthier?




Here are some tips if you want to start the journey with a better body to feel great:


1. Exercise daily. Exercise at least one hour every day. Exercise will keep you well all day.


2. Eat the right foods and portions of each meal. Good quality food should be eaten. Must eat nutritious food.


3. Keep every day for calories and food intake. Eat the right calories. Which is very important for the body.


4. Be sure to get some sleep. Get 8 hours of sleep every night.
